From First Contact to Full Calendar: Your Growth Timeline

Scaling a renovation business is a lot like a major build: it requires a solid blueprint, a strong foundation, and consistent maintenance. Here’s what you can expect when we partner together.

“If it helps, think of me as someone you hire to your team. My only goal is to drive relevant, geographically relevant leads to your door.” – Steve

Phase 1: The Blueprint (Days 1–3)

Before we swing a hammer, we need to know what we’re building toward. You’ll likely get a hello sandwich from me; an email, then a phone call, than a follow up email. This will either lead to a no-thank you or a first steps discovery call.

  • The Discovery Call: We’ll discuss your business goals and see if you’re ready to handle an extra 3–4 jobs per season.
  • The Site Audit: While you’re on the job site, I’m inspecting your digital presence. I’ll run a full report on your SEO, local citations, and keyword rankings to see where your leads are going.
  • The Foundation Meeting: A day later, we meet to review the findings. I’ll present a custom solution and tiered service options to fit your current growth stage.

Phase 2: Breaking Ground (Days 4–7)

Once we agree on the plan, we get the administrative work out of the way quickly.

  • The Paperwork: We sign the Service Agreement and handle the first payment.
  • Handing Over the Keys: You’ll receive a simple form to provide the necessary usernames and passwords so me and my team can get to work.

Phase 3: The Build (Weeks 2–4)

This is where we build your “Digital Showroom.”

  • Regional Website Launch: We set up a high-performance, locally-targeted website featuring your service areas, specific renovation services, and a gallery of your best work.
  • Content Kick-off: We launch with four professional posts to establish authority immediately.
  • High-Touch Communication: Expect frequent updates during these first few weeks as we get everything “up to code.”

Phase 4: Inspection & Finishing (Ongoing)

Digital marketing isn’t a “one and done” project; it requires regular maintenance to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Monthly Reporting: On the 1st of every month, you’ll get a PDF report showing your traffic, keyword rankings, and citation growth.
  • Monthly Meeting: After the PDF goes out. We’ll touch base soon after to talk about the numbers. It can sometimes take 4 months to see results. It’ll get there though, patience.
  • Monthly Posts: We set up a calendar event and give you one geo-targeted, relevant post a month. This is important to let Google know that the lights are still on.
  • Local Dominance: Every week, we build three new citations (local listings) to keep Google happy.
  • Social & Ads (Tiers 2 & 3): If you’ve opted for a higher tier, we’ll manage your social media schedule and Google Ads to skip the line and get leads immediately.

The “Curing” Period: Managing Expectations

Just like concrete needs time to cure before you build on it, organic SEO typically takes about 4 months to see significant momentum. If you need leads “yesterday,” we can unlock our Tier 2 or 3 packages to include Google Ads for an immediate boost while the organic foundation strengthens.
